Events

Sunday Lunch -  Last Sunday of each month (except December) 1.30 to 4.00 pm - Everyone Welcome - An event where all can get together in a safe and welcoming environment to make friends, share experiences and enjoy a roast dinner and home cooked deserts.

Ladies Lunch - Second Saturday of each month - 12.00 to 3 pm - For ladies to lunch, share experiences, and support one another.

Gay Men's Group - First Thursday of each month - 7pm to 9.30pm - For gay men to meet, share experiences, and support one another in a safe social environment.

All the above events are held at the Crescent, 19 Russell Avenue, St Albans, AL3 5ES

If you would like to come along please let us know so we can cater accordingly -  and if you have any special dietary requirements please do let us know in advance.

Lunch is also provided at the Aylesbury drop in on a weekly basis.

WORLD AIDS DAY 2011

For World Aids Day last year the Crescent held street collections in St Albans and Harpenden, and at the Harpenden branch of Sainsburys too.

On Saturday 26 November our usual awareness and fundraising night at the Load of Hay, Pinner Road, Watford took place, theme Hollywood Glitz and Glamour, It was a great night with over £3000 raised as a result see www.loadofhay.co.uk/

We also participated in an awareness week event held at St Albans Abbey in conjunction with the Diocese HIV/Aids Support Group.

There was a lunch event at our Aylesbury Drop in centre on Wednesday 30 November and an afternoon tea party on World Aids Day at our St Albans drop in.
